About Out On A Limb For You
Hi, I'm David Hooper.
Thinking about having us out? It's fair to want to know who you'd be dealing with. Here's the short version.

Why I Do This
My weekends are for my family.
My own yard used to take a good bit of them. It needed mowing and weedeating all the time.
Most people have their own version of that. A limb over the driveway you keep meaning to do something about. Beds you didn't get to this year. A fence line nobody's looked at in a while.
Whatever's on your list, I'd like to give you back your Saturdays too.
What You Can Expect
Trees are a big job, and you have to be able to trust the people on your property.
That means taking the steps that keep your place from getting damaged. I take pride in our crew, and in finishing a job and leaving your yard looking better than we found it.
When you get in touch, you'll hear back within 24 hours. You'll hear from us before we start, and if anything changes partway through. And you shouldn't have to go out and check behind us when we're done.
Honest. Knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Conscientious. Those are words customers have used about us in their reviews. Their words, not mine.
The Company, Plainly
An insured Georgia LLC, working both sides of the state line.
Out On A Limb For You is an insured Georgia LLC based in Flintstone, Georgia and serves customers throughout Greater Chattanooga on both sides of the Georgia-Tennessee state line.
Everybody who sets foot on your property is covered.
If you're comparing companies, here's what's worth checking. Georgia does not license or certify arborists. That's the Georgia Forestry Commission's own wording. So the thing to check is insurance. Ask any company you're considering, us included, for a certificate of insurance, sent to you directly by the insurer.
The other questions worth asking before you hire anybody are on the FAQ.
Where the Business Came From
Out On A Limb was Chris Martin's business before it was mine.
I've been part of it for more than 25 years, first working under Chris and later buying it from him.
Chris is retired now. People around here still call him about their trees, and he still sends them my way.
Jon Pflueger, My Climber
Jon Pflueger is my climber, and the one I call on most.
When a tree has to come down in pieces from up in it, that's the climber's job.
We had a very large tree hovering our home that could have fell at any moment, David and his crew came out and absolutely knocked it out the park ! Not only do I have neat stacks of fire wood for fall but I also have peace of mind knowing that my home and family are safe . Couldn't recommend a better crew for any and all of your needs!
