What to Expect
David comes out, looks at the lawn, and asks what you want included.
When he comes out, he looks at:
- The size of the lawn and how it's laid out
- Slopes, ditches, and the tight spots
- What's in it, like trees, beds, a fence, a mailbox, or a swing set
- The drive, the walkways, and the edges
- Anything you'd rather we leave alone
Then you tell him what you want. Just the mowing? The edging too? The leaves when they come down?
You get a price for the visits and what each one includes.
You decide. If it's a go, we work out with you when we come.
What We Do on Each Visit
Mowed, edged, trimmed, and blown off. Every visit.
A visit covers:
- Mowing the lawn
- Edging along the drive and the walkways
- Trimming around the trees, the fence line, the mailbox, and the spots a mower can't reach
- Blowing the clippings off the drive and the walkways before we go
That's the regular visit.
When the leaves come down, we can take care of those too.
Aerating and overseeding are available as well. Aerating loosens packed ground. Overseeding adds seed to thicken the lawn.
Tell us what you want included and we'll quote it that way.
If you'd like the lawn fed, we do that. Fertilizing is its own service, for lawns, trees, and shrubs.
Property Care

If the lawn is one item on a longer list, property care covers the whole outside of the place.

Landscaping and Beds
Beds that need some attention too?
New planting beds, fresh edging, shrubs, and raised gardens are landscaping. Mention it when we come out, and David can look at the beds while he's looking at the lawn.

Can I get just the mowing, and nothing else?
Yes.
Mowing, edging, and blowing off the drive is a normal visit. If that's all you want, that's what we'll quote.
Anything else, like the leaves, aerating, or overseeding, only goes on the quote if you ask for it.
How often do you mow?
That gets worked out with you at the estimate.
Every lawn and every household is a little different, so we set it up around yours.
Do you take care of the leaves too?
Yes.
When the leaves come down, we can clear them. Tell us when you get your quote if you'd like that included.
Do you mow for businesses and rentals too?
A rental, an office, or a lot where somebody has to keep it cut is a normal job.
